awake
Today I woke up before sunrise.
Out of bed 20 minutes later.
I am so not a morning person.
Around Christmas 1995 a friend came to visit me in my newly married, presumably happy, life in Michigan. We went to a museum where we saw an exhibit of a Japanese tea room. Outside the display was an attempt to describe this exhibit. It started with something like: “Within the tea room, one feels loneliness which penetrates into the marrow of one’s bones...” and ended with the caution “Please do not enter the tea room”. I laughed out loud. If you don’t get it, you probably should leave.
Today I woke up before sunrise.
Out of bed 20 minutes later.
I am so not a morning person.

hey there,
i wrote a comment here about yoga and it didnt go up.
in sort: try it out, and if the tear gives you the shits, try another.
go to where the bigger classes are, more sporty and less Om Shanti Hari Om (eeek) because the less Hari Om they are, the less insence they burn, the fewer instructors there are with name changes (fron Shirly to Rainbow most likely) the better off you'll be. Lots peeps get put off by yoga on account of the freaks who teach it.
I'm sure your doc is right and good on him for the hunch. Its happening more the med peeps are saying hello to alternative therapies and together they can work a treat.
!!
Yes, the freaks factor is not insignificant. But then again, the gym teacher one isn't either. My town has some local rec programs which include yoga class I think. That's the route I'm planning to look into.
give it a go!
good luck.
a friend of mine thinks yoga dvds are handy.
it might be worth doing.
