Around Christmas 1995 a friend came to visit me in my newly married, presumably happy, life in Michigan. We went to a museum where we saw an exhibit of a Japanese tea room. Outside the display was an attempt to describe this exhibit. It started with something like: “Within the tea room, one feels loneliness which penetrates into the marrow of one’s bones...” and ended with the caution “Please do not enter the tea room”. I laughed out loud.
If you don’t get it, you probably should leave.

pictures!
I'm not uploading a lot of them because they have other folks who I'm not sure would want to be making an appearance on my blog. But here are a few...
A____ and I getting married in our living room.
My sister brought us ring pops.
My siblings showed up with a florist bucket full of flowers...
...which when you split them up don't look anywhere near like as many as there were.
Aw, thanks. Nice things about getting married in your apartment: - It's your colors and lighting. - You're able to go pretty much straight from makeup mirror to "altar".
That's awesome! Thanks for sharing! You look so pretty and happy. :)
